The most prolific writer for the solo Spider-Man series, Larry Parr has written for a number of cartoons throughout his 22-year career, including The Smurfs, The Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dino-Riders, the 1990s X-Men in addition to the final Marvel toon of the 80s, the 1988 "Pryde of the X-Men" pilot episode. Donald F. Glut's professional life has been as a freelance writer.  He has authored numerous motion picture and television scripts, comic books, more than 35 novels and nonfiction books, also numerous short stories & articles.  Don is probably best known for his novelization of the movie The Empire Strikes Back and is internationally known for his work with dinosaurs.
